Im looking to swap my 2 bedroom nihe house in graymount drive shore road for a 2 or 3 bedroom nihe house / flat (UPSTAIRS OR DOWN), in waveney / fairhill / downview / inisvale / parkmount area to be more closer to my family and friends. Wud consider carrick/abbots cross

Our house
All rooms have been painted, new skirting, new bathroom suit and tiled, new kitchen fitted, tiled and floor tiled (all of which we paid for not the nihe)

Hall and landing with built in cupboards
Under stairs cupboard for tumble drier, freezer etc
Both bedrooms with built in cupbaords aswel.

Kitchen is shacker style, with hood, place for a built in oven in a tall boy cupboard (out of reach for kids) and a place for ceramic hob. Outputs for dishwasher and washing machine. Breakfast bar at one side and enough room for a table and four chairs. New black floor tiles put down and new tiles on the walls.

Bathroom has a new bath, sink and toliet fitted and all tiles, new vynl on the floor. Clean and modern look.

Hall stairs and landing has new carpet put down.

Bedrooms also redecorated with new flooring.

Gas heating pay as you go
pay as you go electric,

Back garden needs some work done to it but just mainly a tidy up but no need to spent money elsewhere in the house. Front garden on the plus has new pebbles put down just two months ago. So modern and clean looking there.
