English Speaking Technical Customer Service

Part Time Contracts 20-30 hours per week - Fully Flexible 4PM-11PM Monday-Friday & 8AM-11PM ALL WEEKEND


This role is all about being helpful, clear and confident. Typically, you'll deal with first line technical support queries and sales upgrades for our clients Broadband customers However it isn't all about advanced technical acumen, provided you've got the right attitude, our training will get you up to speed and fill in all the gaps in your knowledge.


We will highly value candidates with the following:
*English Advanced/ Proficiency Level
*Understand own role in helping to hit departmental targets
*Previous experience within customer queries e.g. technical queries, service queries
To have knowledge of technical products and services and to provide customer with correct and relevant information to resolve their query
