Struggling to maintain a healthy weight? We will help you calculate how many calories YOU should be eating every day; how many calories YOU burn in a day; and how many extra calories it takes to put on weight.
Week 2: Let’s Establish the Ground Rules!
One of the best ways to healthy living is to eat a balanced diet. We will look at the major food groups, which foods belong to each and why, their benefits and how much of each you should be eating every day. Are supplements really necessary and do they actually work?
Week 3: Food for Energy!
Always feeling sleepy or lacking in energy and don’t know why? Eating for energy is all about choosing the right foods at the right time. We will teach you how to achieve sustained energy levels without having to resort to caffeine!
Week 4: Ditch the Diet - Food Myths Busted!!!
We’ve all heard of them – the ‘Atkin’s Diet’, the ‘South Beach Diet’, the ‘Cabbage Soup Diet’ etc etc. We’ll take a whistle-stop tour of some of the most popular fad diets. Do they really work or are they too good to be true?
