I am a 28 year old girl who likes music, travelling, walking and watching tv. I have a 2 bedroom house. This is a new build house so it is in immaculate condition. I have a large double room to rent which has its own en-suite.
There is sky, broadband and a landline phone.
There is a small garden and space in front of the house for 2 cars.

I travel to Belfast Monday to Friday to work so there could be a possibility of a car share too.

Looking for another person to share the house with who is tidy and up for a laugh.
Bills will be £60 per month (gas, electric, sky & Broadband) except telephone calls.
